Critical Stress Management Training

Tribal Administration – a historically challenging field – has seen an unprecedented increase in employee stress levels, lack of available workforce and new and substantial requirements for pandemic funding reporting and management. Some tribes are navigating through back-to-back audits for the first time in their careers.

The Alaska Tribal Administrators Association is offering a work session on Critical Stress Management with professionals from Alchemy Tribal Services and the ATAA Board of Directors.

This Zoom event will allow participants to call-in or participate via video conference. Participants will be provided a link once registered.

Our event is for tribes, tribally owned entities, and tribal non-profits.

Discussion will include:
